Absolute best customer service ever!
I had a problem with my new 3d printer, their CEO, came out to fetch the printer me sorted it out himself. Absolute best customer service ever! Thanks Don!

Terrible support staff
The support staff is rude and unwilling to help. Afrihost used to have the best support staff when I joined and the main reason I joined them in the first place. I am now busy migrating my products away from them, but even that is a challenge with their terrible support staff, really disappointing after 10+ years of being with them
