These guys are the best!! They have competitive prices, their service is outstanding and the quality of their work is unrivaled. They go out of their way to assist their clients and always offer help and advice where needed. Its rare to find people who still takes pride in their work.
I was called by an exceptionally rude consultant regarding my upgrade. He basically bullies you into accepting the offer and when I declined, he said the changes will appear on my new invoice. This is unacceptable and I would like a copy of this recording. When you call Vodacom they just say its an outsourced company! I suggest Vodacom looks at who the employ to call their clients.
Unreliable service. Parcel has been in receiving city 3 working days and failed to deliver. New promise every day that it will be delivered that day but then nothing happens. When I called customer care, no one can help you, no one can escalate to a manager and after being on a call for an hour and on hold, they cut of the call. Then the call goes through to a rating system from 1-4 where you can rate excellent 1 to unsatisfactory 4, but the system does not accept 4,3 or 2. Only when I pressed 1 did it go through. All I expect is that they correct their mistake and recover the situation. They were unable to give me any information on my parcel other than the information that I can also access on the website tracking system. So what is the purpose of your call center? This was not my first parcel with Buffalo but it was the first time that I have received such poor service
I find your institution's actions questionable! We applied for a Home loan directly at ABSA and one of your competitors. ABSA declined our application based on affordability whilst the competitor approved us for more that the bond value. We also applied through a Bond originator who in turn applied at ABSA again, this time it is not our affordability, now we can afford it but the property value is not sufficient as security for the bond amount. Yet the competitor valued the property as double the bond value... I cannot help but wonder if we were not afforded assistance from ABSA due to us being white gay males? On top of all this, the application process (just to say, sorry we cannot help you) took an astonishing 6 weeks. To the extent that we had request an addendum to our offer to purchase. But don't stress, the competitor's consultant is in a better and less ****phobic "Mood" as it becomes clear that the consultant's mood plays a bigger role than the client.
