My parcel which is a high value parcel has not yet been delivered. I am very disappointed that I bought online form LUSH. The delivery company does not know where my parcel is and keep on sending SMSs that they cannot find my parcel and Lush has no contact number. I am so disappointed I will put this on social media as you are not available to listen to my complain and the delivery company is hopeless. I will never buy from Lush again
Good day I serviced my Volvo S40 at Westrand dealership 21 December 2021. the details are as follows: Job no V004934 Vin Registration no Relationship Manager Sergio I booked my car in for a minor service and also for them to check the and recharge the aircon and the clutch was a bit tight. I collected my vehicle after I paid for the service. Once I got in my car and started it the fan went off at high speed. It sounded like a tracker. But I thought they probably drove it around so I was not concerned. THe next day, Friday 22 Dec 2023 in the morning I started my car and the fan went crazy running at high speed again. This car has never done this before and the engine was cool so why the fan. Something was done to this car. I immediately took the car back to Westrand where I spoke to Dawie and he assured me this is normal - it is not normal before - the service this car did not do this. He explained there are 3 speeds at which the fan runs and it will come on while the aircon is on. This is nonsense and I left. I know my car and it does not do this. I want it fixed. I wanted to drive my car long distance but I was too afraid, Also subsequently the aircon they said they regassed and CHECK is not WORKING. Yesterday afternoon the car would not start properly, and the engine light came on and I phoned Westrand again. I took my car back and now I have to wait and there is no courtesy car available. I have to make arrangements now to get a car while this should be dealt with at HO. Dawie even told me the engine light was on when I brought the car in. That is nonsense because then I would have mentioned this to Sergio to look into. Lies again. I did report the above to the HO and spoke to Robin who is trying to assist me best she can. But after 24 hours heard nothing from her. I just want to make it clear that I WILL NOT pay for anything they found that is now a problem as it was not a problem before I took my car for the service.. Last time a couple of years ago I took my car to Westrand and 2 months later it blew its top which I had to fixed out of my own pocket. I will not pay again. I was under the impression that when my car goes for a service they go through the car to ensure all is working as is. I am now too afraid to drive my car. What if it leaves me stranded in the middle of peak traffic. I am not happy with Volvo and I doubt I will buy another Volvo. Volvo after care is shocking - dont buy Volvo Sergio phoned me toady at 3h30 saying they still checking and he will phone me back just now - no further calls was received and the dealership closed and I still dont have feedback on the problem and I don't have a car Apparently the curtesy cars are all out. They alll lie from the dealership to Head Office -
Momentum health is so bad I filled in a debit order form 3 months ago and still no debit order. I have to pay eft and then wait 2 days for the money to be allocated. The debit order for Jan 24 did not go off and the call centre operator refused to send me another form as the day is not yet over ridiculous then I ask her about my plan and saver option she says hold the line and then cut me off without phoning back. This happened 3 times now. I also ask for a broker to contact me in October 23 and no one contacted me Bad services I am disgusted
OnePlan Pet Insurance are the worse. I pay my monthly fee on time. This month there was an increase of R110 on my poliy for my 2 dogs. I have not been notified by this. They just took my money. But it gets better. I could not cliam as I have not send through an invoice for my pets 5 in 1 injection. They dont tell you you have an outstanding invoice and you cannot claim No No but like clockwork the take my money by Debicheck. I only have 4 months to claim. Now I have been with them for over 2 years and never claimed but for the 5 in 1 for both dogs. So they are laughing to the bank every month. So I took my dog for his 5 in 1 and they put R750 on my card. But I take the dog to the groomer and the Vet does it while they are getting groomed. So I send the Invoice. Now I have been told that they dont cover certain things and I owe them R225 that I have to give back Bearing in mind I never had this problem before They are *****s and I will not recommend them at all.
I have Oneplan pet insurance that I don’t use even. But like clockwork they take my premium on the 1st of the month. This month there was even an increase that was not communicated a whole R120 up. Yesterday I phoned to check on dental care and they say I have this but my account is blocked because I did not submit an invoice for a 5 in 1 injection my dog had. My frustration is they never told me my account is on hold yet they take my monthly premium like clockwork I am very upset and frustrated would not recommend oneplan pet insurance I am canceling after this month
ABSA handed over my accoun to Attourneys I have no made full payment in this regard but it has been weeks that i have been promised a piad up letter ABSA is running a scam where they say you qualify for a 35% discount if you pay in agreement made with them no i cannot get a Letter as ABSA is saying i still owe them the 35% I have been complainng and nobody from ABSA or MAc Attourneys is getting back to me \ Be warned that if they offer you a settlement discount that this is a scam!!!!
So, my ABSA Cheque account was handed over for collection to MacRobert Attorneys. MacRobert advised that if I agree to pay in 2 installments, I will qualify for 35% discount. I have made the payments as agreed and since then I have not received my paid-up letter. I am beginning to think this is a scam - do not fall for it. Since various emails and telephone calls they keep on promising me my paid-up letter - it has been 2 weeks and nothing. ABSA Is also quiet.

I bought travel insurance from Bryte for my recent trip. Unfortunately I have a claim. I submitted my claim and my claim was allocated to Tebogo Tsatsimpe and I have received no feedback or call from him. My claim is not being addressed. They were quick to take my money but their service is bad and non existing
