Worst shopping experience at FLM castle gate
I went to FLM castle gate as it was 10bucks Tuesday,i bought 4tartlets for R51 and they where discounted to R45,they where the worst i had in my life,the base was so hard that it was not edible even ****** biscuit where better.Tomatoes 4 for R50 and they where dripping water inside.Its time FLM gets to FLM standard because this one is really bad,its in the league of Boxer stores.Can you kindly pull up your socks because you can do better than that.

Good afternoon Busisiwe Mkhabane if i am not wrong from Altrek tracking solutions a consultant,if I were to rate her out of 10 it would b 1,She is a rude person and doesn't wanna listen to customers,she still need customer service training coz what i just experienced was awful and a bad experience.When i asked her to transfer my call to her supervisors she hang up on me.Mind u i am a customers with five cars at Altrek,I am also thinking of taking my business elsewhere.
