I've had a cracked windscreen replaced the 4th of November for a 2nd time, because previous replacement had gone wrong. The following day my geyser got busted. In both cases I contacted the emergency center and with both cases I was assisted immediately. There is no words to describe the ladies' efficiency!
My geyser burst on the 4th of November. The insurance gave the go ahead and On The Pipe contacted me same day and the Sunday the geyser was replaced. They also had the compliance requirements sorted which I had to pay. Being a pensioner they granted me a period to repay them which I regard as exceptional.
On a query their public relations person contacted me to ascertain what problem was.
