Poor quality
The toilet paper is rough like sand paper and leaves a burn... also why is the paper on the roll all torn up in some areas and clumpy in other areas? I can literally unfold it into an A3 size piece of paper... I thaught this was the best brand? What's going on? Has there been a change of ownership? Or are you cutting costs but still charging the consumer the same price, if not more? WONT purchase again!

Kidney failure
Please do not feed your cats this cat food! Second cat I have lost to kidney failure!!! This is so heartbreaking and endless vet bills. Please please don't use this food. I can't comprehend how this I still on the market.

Clueless services from Wolf Security
Absolutely useless guards that don't understand what their job is! Had to have an argument with a so called "guard" cause he doesn't know how to direct people correctly to collect pension at Checkers Margate mall! He watches the people wait in the incorrect kew and only a while after chases us away? Absolutely pathetic service and verry cheeky and rude!
