From my past issues I've had with registration both campus heads have contacted and communicated with me quite quickly to resolve the problem and I am quite happy with there service. Very happy with this service
This is so unacceptable I didn't ask Uber to cancel my order I asked them to assist me 1stly. 2ndly I had a new comers discount and they charged me the full amount of R101 when it was only supposed to be R56. When I didn't even cancel the order they immediately took the money out of my account. This is so disappointing I will not be ordering from Uber eats again and I suggest you don't as well.
I placed an order through Debonairs pineslopes this afternoon around 4:30pm after 30 mins I tried calling them 6 times in which I couldn't get through and nobody answered. An hour and 15 mins go by and my order had still not been delivered. They then call me to say that the people were here to deliver it but nobody had come since we had been sitting outside for 30 mins prior waiting for out order, they were so rude to me on the phone and they and the driver kept screaming at me and they just suddenly cut the call on me whilst I was still speaking to them. Then 15 minutes later my order arrived and they guy didn't have change on him so I had to give him the rest of the money. I'm very angry and disappointed with the service
My partner and I had signed up in December and a week later we had to move to jhb as my partners dad had passed away. I then communicated with them to cancel my membership and they 1st told me to just pay the sign fees. Then weeks later they call me and tell me that I have to pay 50% of our membership fees in order to cancel our membership. When they communicate sms to me they don't even have my correct name and surname it's a completely different person as they have the wrong surname. Very disappointing and disgusting gym. I highly don't recommend going to escape gym in Phoenix. Pathetic and horrible customer service as well.
I had sent an application through to VC Durban North for a transfer of campuses to VC Midrand in early January but when I went to register at Vc Midrand they had told me there has been a glitch in the system and I have to resend a ticket on vc assist and contact vc Durban north and they did nothing to help me whilst I was there. This was on the 10th of February. The same day I had tried to contact Vc Durban north multiple times yet they never answered their call, I'm really disappointed in their service and now I have to pay late registration fee because of their mistake. This is quite unacceptable and very unhappy with their service
