It's ridiculous how long we have to wait for busses during peak hours especially in the afternoon for F11 busses. Intervals are supposed to be 10 minutes during peak hours but we wait over 30-45 minutes. What a useless bus service

Ordered a package on Saturday and chose the click and collect option. The Package was delivered by courier at 12:37, called the customer service to confirm and indeed I was advised the package was delivered to the store( Yeoville). I went to the store at around 15:00 and I was advised I need an OTP in order to receive the package. Which means the store received and did not scan as the courier delivered. Furthermore, I asked if I was possible to wait in order to receive the package as I am in store already and the guy rudely advised I needed to wait for an SMS to come through. I don't understand why the package is not scanned as soon as the courier drops it off. It's money and time to travel all the way to the store and be told an sms needs to come through because of *********** employees who can't do simple things in time
There is currently a iPhone 13 deal, app**** at Mall of Africa on the 25/04/2024 and we were advised the turn around time is 3-5 days. We haven't been contacted till date, we went back yesterday and we were told "there are a lot of customers who app**** and we will be contacted whenever" with the most disgusting attitude from the lady who was helping. How did the turn around time go from 3-5 days to 2 weeks and a couple of days? The least the store can do is send some form of communication to keep us at ease but nothing. I am highly disappointed
