Purchased a 5 litre tub of chocolate Home Ice Cream on Thursday morning for some guests at a luncheon. Also made a Bar One sauce which is not cheap to make. The ICE cream was to say the least disgusting as it was all ice and no cream.Had the same experience about 8 months ago and returned the product. I again returned this product this morning and was refunded. My question is why does Food*****s continue to stock this absolutely inferior product. It is most embarrassing to serve something this bad and then equally embarrassing to have to on two occasions return it. We are being ********** by suppliers looking to make a quick buck
The letter i sent to Hush puppies with regard to broken sandals Good day My wife bought me a pair of hush puppy sandals on the 20th of January this year. I made use of the sandals for approx 3 months until the winter set in. As the weather has warmed up i have started dressing in shorts and sandals once again. When i took my "New" sandals out of the cupboard this morning i noticed that both soles on the front of the sandals are cracked in half in the width. I returned them to the store of purchase where i was informed that a 6 month warranty was applicable to the sandals. I have a problem with this as the shoes have only in fact been worn in total for about 3 months. At a cost of R900 a pair i find this unnacceptable. My previous pair which i still have are probably 7 or 8 years old and have no signs of any defects on the soles . Accepting of the unwillingness to acknowledge that this defect is not normal and simply walking away from a problem in manufacture is certainly not good customer service. A brand such as Hush Puppie should stand by the product. Kindly investigate and advise. The staff at Kingsmead Carnival Mall took photographs should you wish to view the damage. Yours Conrad Zietsman They have responded and insist that the warranty is only 6 months and cannot be held liable for poor workmanship. This is not about workmanship but use of inferior materials used in manufacture
I have not had any coms with Vodacom regarding a contract dispute that has gone on since February 2022.Absolutely disgusting
Despite loads of e mails , phone calls and even an attorneys letter i still fail to receive satisfation. In a contract upgrade in Feb 2022 i was given 150 extra minutes talk. After the first month this was not honoured. Whem queried i was told the sales rep made a mistake. What rubbish !!!!!!!!!
Good morning.I recently requested assistance in a contract dispute and was advised that Vodacom would reply to me after investigating the problem. Please could someone do so as i am very unhappy with the situation
Did an upgrade and was given a quote which was agreed on between myself and the agent .All docs etc. were processed. Discovered to my dismay at a nlater stage that the contract was not even close to the one we had agreed.Agent (Vodacom 4umall at Carnival) are not interested in helping. Vodacom customercare are also simply passing the buck backward and forward. I have requested on numerous occasions that a senior supervisor make contact with me to resolve with no joy.
For the past 3 weeks i have experienced problems with both extra view decoders having to be rebooted everytime someone wishes to view. The system installed by DSTVs selected installer who has no interest in fixing his bad installation is simply not working properly.Despite numerous mails to and from help@dstv simply do not yield results. The reference number given is 51758075. I would really like to speak to someone who is prepared to use some authority to have the installer taken to task. Regards Conrad Zietsman
