Been trying for two days to sort the link between the teneoschool portal and Zoom used for classes. They do not answer the phone in any department. 1. enrollment, 2 IT department 3 accounts . Been on the phone for at least 45 min at a time and no response The Support Zoom link is no help either, waited for more than two hours to get host to let you join the meeting then they lock meeting without you being helped. Hi Trying to contact someone at Telkom about a debit order issue I have. This has been over two months and still no contact with an appropriate response from Telkom Went to the local agent twice to request a call back about this issue. Was never called back. What a waste of time and resources After hours of search, I have found a number, (10210) which SEEM to be their customer service. They were not able to assist and point blank refused to assist in any way. Although they have promised to get the manager there to call me.... There was no response. Upon assistance before ending the call I managed to obtain a second number (08180) to call back if I don't get any response. (No Response from that either) I call back on second number, as need to resolve this issue, and once again I was told there are nobody at TELKOM that has the AUTHORITY to assist me. 1. Was assured by the person that TELKOM has the right to debit my account at any day and as many times of the month the as they have it on black and white that they have the right to do so. 2. They seem to now own this account and can manage this as they wish, without contacting me prior to accessing the account, and has caused rebate fees in excess of R600 on this account for his month alone. 3. They passed debit order information to another company which also require a R220 fee for each placement of a debit order. Now wonder they are on a feeding frensy on my account. Telkom....... you have done nothing to resolve this issue but have done everything you possibly to make to make the issue worse than it needed to be.
Bought a crate of Black Label beer (Quarts) from PIC&Pay (Mall@Reds) a while ago and decided to return the crate and empty bottles. Was then told by the manager of PIC&Pay (Mall@Reds) that they will refund me R2 per bottle if I refill them, else they don't take them. "Just chuck them in the bin if you have no use for them." Really...... They have no recycling neither think green policy. Is this the same at all PIC&Pay's
They closed my account without valid reason. Refuse to give me a reason why the wallet was closed and refuse to refund the funds from that account. Has been more than a month and they refuse to answer any mails.. Replies with your account has been closed, on all mails
Did not only close my links with the service provider but also closed my personal account (My Wallet) at AE switch.. The funds in there I am told will never be returned. Will most probably be shared between Tiaan and the DPI officials as the law will allow them to lock this funds in forever
