If I could give a zero rating it would still be to much Biggest **** , there is no valid contact number for them , they don’t reply to any emails. People beware of this company , shame here are people that is trying to make a honest living and they **** you out of it .
I am very unhappy with this company. I have received my items everything was in good condition. Day of my delivery I received an email saying there is one item that is now out of stock , mind you I have been waiting over 3 weeks for my order. They said they will refund me within 8-10 working days , all lies , almost been a month and I’m still waiting. Rather spend your money buying on take alot at least you will know where your money is going .
I had a phone call this morning from a lady that contacted me due to my partner . As she asked me to talk to him i said he is not available at this moment. As I wanted to ask her is it possible if she contact me on Monday at a certain time so that whoever can speak with him she just said thank you and cut the call on me . How on earth is it that they can phone you 12 times a day but when you want to ask a question they cut the call on you . In Oktober I had a male consultant that sweared me and that screamed at me due to the fact that he was rude when asking a question. This is very unprofessional service. How can a person resolve any matter with these consultants? Please work on your customer care , then you guys won’t get 400 + bad reviews There are people out there out of jobs that are struggling and would give anything to be in your shoes , so please you chose this industry so be patient with the person you are phoning and answer their questions if they have any , don’t just cut the call Please also give me an email address where I can also put a query in to the question that was not answered.
Just this morning I get 5 calls in a row , every time I pick up the phone this person cuts the call in my ear the whole time . The 5th time I answer the phone a guy speaks up after I said hello more than once. This guy was disgustingly rude tell me “yes” he wants to talk to this person , that I have no clue of . I told this guy why phone 5 times in a row and cutting the call the moment I answer I told him to stop phoning me ! This guy decides to yell at me and tell me I have no right to speak to him like that . If he can read this let me finish my sentence before being rude and putting the phone down in my ear , if you did not answer the phone rudely and did not call me more than once then there was no need for me to question you out . Please learn customer care , and talk more proper to people I hope you don’t treat your wife/husband like that because shame on you!
The manager at Burger King Secunda MP Zota if I spelled her name right is a very rude person . She has no manners and has an attitude towards her consumers. I am a very loyal customer to this business and I don’t appreciate the way a MANAGER spoke to me , because of her attitude I won’t be supporting this company again as I would believe there would’ve have been good customer care . Very disappointed
I’m very unhappy with the call consultant Joyce surname unknown. Her attitude towards me on the phone is unacceptable, she is very rude person and while busy talking to her she drops the phone call in my ear . This is not a acceptable customer care
