I recently joined Jennys and have been waiting since wednesday 20/01/2026 To get the Technician for the Ficksburg are to contact me and arrange a date for Installation on 23/01 i was adviced he would be coming 24/01 and yet here I sit since 9 AM this morning(24/01) and not a call or a whatsapp or sms stating when he would arrive to install the wifi its now 4pm and I have called Jennys multiple times they claim they cant get a hold of the technician.
I recently spoke to Kwena from dial direct who as i was busy speaking to him asking him to phone me back later but as i was speaking he hung up te call while i was still speak I tried phoning back to no avail i truelly wanted to be a customer but because of this experience and the rudeness of this "service champion" i am no longer interested

Arrived at 7 pm had extreme back pain swollen throat. Could barely breath Was shown to bed with no bedding had to ask for a pillow after laying there for an hour. Waited more that 3 hour to be seen by the doctor only to be given a drip and told that i should wait for blood tests. I waited another hour by this time i spoke to another patient who had an procedure on their back the previous week theyhad been waiting since 5 pm to see the doctor they had given her Paracetamol (PANADO) for her extreme pain she was riveted with pain and could barely move. I am sorly disappointed in this medical establishment.
