The owners run an incredible workshop, their professionalism and genuine care for customers truly sets them apart. It’s refreshing to deal with a business where customer service is consistently respectful and transparent. The quality of workmanship, attention to detail and pride in their craft are clearly a priority. There’s always a steady stream of clients waiting to be assisted, and it’s easy to understand why. Loyalty earned through delivering exceptional service. The owners have something special at Shelleys, and it shows with every interaction. Finance your vehicle with MFC! is not a option
not one star for MFC I will never EVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY and will not ask them for anything again. Wow never met such heartless workers! Not so diffcult to find a rude consultant. They are easy to give you finance but when you need them to step with the service. The very core act of the business they make like they dont know you anymore. Willingness to care and help customers is mot first priority. Must be how they are trained. I was *****ed by the warranty policy first and then the finance department. Heartless! If you want service stay first away from MFC

Friendly service, attended to my claims and happy. My last call with Thobang from the claims department was great, he called me back as promised and solved my issue in a few mins. Thank you
