OUTSTANDING ASHNEE - LA LUCIA BRANCH
La Lucia branch: I have received the most OUTSTANDING service from Ashnee Bhagwandeen. What a pleasure walking into this branch. Efficient, clean, served as I walked in. Ashnee was lightning fast in addressing my need and what a delightful person! Thank you and well done. Ashnee is a huge asset to FNB and I trust she will be recognised for this compliment accordingly.

Completely incompetent - Do not use.
They don't respond to emails, they make excuses for everything, no-one takes accountability or responsibility to get things done. There is zero sense of urgency. You get bounced from person to person, each one promising to sort out the issue, and none of them actually doing so. If a negative star rating was possible, that is what I would have rated them.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE FROM KZN, LA LUCIA MALL BRANCH
KZN, La Lucia Mall. UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE! They aim to deliver sunshine. AND THEY DELIVER ON THAT PROMISE! Loryn Holmes (KZN Regional Manager) and Louise Potter (La Lucia Mall Branch Manager). Lightning speed service on the 1st Jan (Who? WHO is actually functioning on the 1st Jan?). They took the time to properly understand my requirements and provided options and recommendations with breathtaking efficiency. I simply cannot recommend them enough.
