Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to formally raise a serious complaint regarding the condition and safety of the treadmills at the gym. More than 70% of the treadmills have the same issue where the speed unexpectedly accelerates and decelerates during use. This problem has been ongoing for more than a year, despite previously being informed by management that the machines had been repaired and the issue resolved. Unfortunately, the problem clearly still exists and continues to create a dangerous training environment. I recently underwent ACL surgery and am currently recovering. While using one of the treadmills, I nearly fell due to the sudden speed changes. This could have seriously worsened my knee injury and recovery process. This is no longer just an inconvenience — it is a serious safety hazard. Members are at risk of injury every day these treadmills remain in use without proper repair or replacement. I am extremely concerned that someone could suffer a major injury if urgent action is not taken. I request that management immediately address this issue by properly servicing or replacing the faulty treadmills and ensuring they are safe before members continue using them. I would also appreciate clear communication regarding what steps will be taken to resolve this matter permanently. I hope this complaint will be taken seriously and dealt with urgently before someone is seriously injured. Kind regards. Ernst Maritz.
Writing I’m really disappointed with the current state of the treadmills at this gym. Out of 14 treadmills, only about 6 are actually usable. The rest either don’t work at all or have serious issues — like speed settings not responding, incline not functioning, or even worse, machines suddenly stopping mid-run. This isn’t just inconvenient, it’s dangerous. A treadmill stopping unexpectedly while someone is running is a real safety hazard and could easily lead to serious injury. This is especially concerning for people who are training hard or recovering from injuries and rely on consistent, safe equipment. What makes this even more frustrating is that these issues have been ongoing for around four years. Despite that, nothing meaningful has been done to fix or replace the treadmills. Meanwhile, new sections and equipment (like additional machine areas) are being added, but the most essential cardio equipment is being neglected. Members are paying gym fees and should be able to expect safe, reliable equipment. Right now, that standard is clearly not being met. I hope management takes this seriously and prioritizes replacing or properly maintaining the treadmills as soon as possible. This is about safety, not just convenience.
I had an extremely disturbing experience at McDonald’s Balabala. I ordered two ground chicken special burgers, and both were completely unacceptable. The first burger was still frozen in the middle. I returned it, only to receive a second burger that was even worse — the chicken was raw and undercooked. This is a serious health risk and completely unacceptable for any restaurant, especially a major brand like McDonald’s. I was so shocked that I went into the kitchen to raise the issue directly. Serving raw chicken is dangerous and shows a complete lack of quality control and basic food safety standards. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in this branch. I strongly urge management to investigate their food preparation processes immediately before someone gets seriously ill. I will not be returning.
I have ordered online and waiting for delivery for more than 2 weeks now. when i call they just tell me a special order were placed. But online i can see there is stock available.
The worst insurance company. Watse my time. I am waiting for more than a week to get feedback from them. Also, if you call them their numbers are not working. even the Emergency number is not working. I am on hold for more dan an hour on a time. They are fast to take your money but slow to pay out. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am not happy with the service i am receiving. I am waiting for a claim payout for more than a month now. Spending hours on the phone with them. No update on where and when the claim will be paid out. But King Price is fast to take your money but slow to give when you need them.
