Selected the cafe for a family lunch. Unfortunately, the experience of the delicious food and wonderfully friendly waiters was negatively *****ed by the miserable and unhelpful owners. They lack in social skills, humility and lost the memorandum that the customer is your paycheck! Moral of the story, not worth revisiting!

We bought three custom furniture pieces from Ceilo in November last November and paid in full in cash. Though the general interaction of employees in the store was pleasant, that's where the good news ends! Following up on delivery of our items was nightmarish! The service rep had no decency to keep us informed about expected timeframes on receipt of our order. The accountability was entirely ours! We had to do all the follow ups constantly and take the issue directly to head management before any matter of professionalism, respect or commitment was showcased. We then had to organize for someone to out our couch together, given that not every home has their own DIY drill! Do not visit the Stronerigde branch, completely ill advised!
