I have logged a claim of house ******* 4 days ago water is coming out of the geezer ,the journey is very unbearable as i am directed from pillar to post, they have sent Zintle Solution, they came the same day and they said they will come back they never did, then the following day i received a call, saying that i need to pay R2000 something for excess, and i told them no bcz i have 0 excess for my house, i only pay excess for my cars, then she put me on hold for more than 15 minutes then i got cut off , i called them i was holding more than 10 minuted eventually i spoke to someone he said she transferring to to claims, again i got cut off, i called again find someone helpful, He checked he told than i have 0 excess, he promised to sent an email to Zintle Solution, then after i received an sms asking if the did come and i told them no, till now i don't have hot water it is mission for us to do anything ,we had to switch off water from main supply in order not to waist water, the reason i took the policy was the very same thing i am without service excess, how m i going to trust you with my cars if you cant handle such a small query, i am so disappointed, it makes wonder if i did the correct move by cancelling my previous insurer, now they want me to rate its 0% bad bad services i ever received
what a terrible prurience please do not use these people, they deduct my money for years but when it comes to books they are the worst I have to fight with them, this time I don't even know what to say except waao, there is a very rude lady by the name of Nokwzi Khoza she does not know how to speak to customers, she had canceled my booking 3 times saying that I was late it takes 14 days to make a book, then she gave me the date 5th October, I called after sending them the forms, they confirm that everything was fine, they even forwarded me an email confirming it was on the 11th, then Steve called me also to confirm now yesterday the same guy called me telling me that place is fully booked, how because they confirmed the booking, when i asked this rude lady why is only now they tried to make a booking she says shes not working in account department she was waiting for the funds, how was i suppose the policy, were do enter in their policy, then dropped the phone now shes not answering, people have taking leaves for this event what must i say to people now.
Received a call from King Price covering themselves and they asked me if they could offer me the same deal again ( no access and their system was not working they promised to call me back that was 2 weeks already nothing yoo i have no words for this insurance except warning people be aware of King Price they don't practice what they preach, my R4500 IS GONE JUST LIKE THAT, BUT THEY ARE SO QUICK TO DEDUCT,
King Price people be aware is a **** they keep on promising to call me and they have a **** apology nothing is happening, but they still deducting my money.

Yo yo yo KING PRICE people be aware of this insurance, my car has been with them for 3 weeks, Only today they said I must come nd collect my car, and I must pay R4500 FOR ACCES, and we agreed on R0 access, now they say my policy says pay on collection, is it my problem if one of their staff member didn't put the changes on a policy,3 to 4 months ago I was leaving them for other insurance that offered me R0 access, then they called me wanting to know why I am leaving, and I told them about the offer that I got the R0 access offer, then they gave me the same offer and I stayed, now I can't get my car because I have to pay R4500, they say they going to listen to the recordings, how long must I wait for that, and told them that the day of a claim, and they said theIr going to listening to the recordings, and after they came back to me, via an sms saying it is approved, if it was not approved why did they fix the car without the money, THIS IS A **** now I have paid R4500 which was not part our agreement how can people trust such insurance, they don't practice what they preach, it is only they way to get customers
Yo I have never received such bad service from Auto Clinic panel beater selected by my insurance King Pice, first the car was booked on 27/11/2023 and they said the car would be completed on the 11/12/2023 after that no communication, then on the 01/12/2023 I called to check on the progress because no one bothered to update me, then they said they just received the parts they will inform, but noo I had to call again on 11/12/2023 3 times, they promised to call me back, they say they tried they could not get me ok, I called again on the 12/122023 they could not give the report, then I called their head office, head office promise me to look at it and come back to me, but nothing, then today at 09:58 i received a message saying the update will be provided the car is in panel beating, at 10;04 I received another message saying the car is ready for collection, then i decided to call first to make sure, they promised to call me back, after few minutes i received a call saying that the car is not ready it will be sometimes next week, the car was with them for almost 4 weeks now, how m i suppose to go to work, then i called King Price to complain they said they will look into it and come back to me, just now i received another massage saying the car is panel beating they will update me, this week is along weekend how m i going to do my things without a car, what kind of the service is this I AM SO DISAPPOINTED
someone called the following day, which is 3 days ago in the morning, and promised to call my niece, we waited till today, and we tried to call the lady where the money went she dropped the calls, we wanted to plead with her she does not want to hear, but if Capitec had done what they supposed to have done reversing we would be in this mess, and they don't protect their clients they just don't care m warning you people out there
my niece just made a mistake depositing R1500 to the wrong person, her monthly wage she owed to someone, who helped her now she has realized her mistake called CAPITEC they refuse to reverse it, they say they can c, they also did a security test and she passed that but they refuse they say they need to get permission to that person, how are they going t do that, they say she must get a lawyer, with which money? it is not fair, so people be aware CAPITEC IS A **** THEY CANT HELP THEIR CLIENT IN TROUBLE, other banks can reverse why can't they?
i m so tired of complaining about Rosebank college every time i need answers i have to write to hellopeter , people that are at the college have no clue at all, even if you ask for someone senior they don't have, what kind of education system they are using, for past 2month my granddaughter has been going to there for help she always gets different answers, yesterday she spoke to Kabelo Sekgakgelo same thing, my granddaughter was studying journalism with them she did it for 2 years , then she had the baby, now she wants to complete her studies, they tell her to start from start from scratch they say it is because the course has been cancelled, they say they have a new one she wont be able to do it but they don't want to credit her for the modules she did , she can't even access any info, we don't know what to do it's not acceptable , you can't cancel a course and not give student alternative and credit student their modules. it seems like money making scheme. we paid a lot of money and invested lot of time just to go to the drain like that.
