Big shout out to Dr B, and especially the staff at Florida Veterinary Hospital! I rushed in there totally traumatized and they just jumped into action, not only treating my badly injured dog, but also so me, from a vicious attack. Thank you, THANK YOU!
Be very careful to engage with this institution - not worth your time, the frustration AND the damage they do. Internet and App are more down than all of our older banks combined, and worst they take weeks to get back to you any applications, or support needed. If you love IVR, try theirs - you be stuck in there for hours with no tangible resolution. Sorry African Bank ... maybe one day when you all grown up?
Awesome Company to deal with. I have been shopping online with them for the past 2 years - never had a single problem on the delivery. The quality of their products are excellent. MBA students should do a case study on these guys - they are definitely getting something right!
Guys, pls be very careful of this "bank"! Some History - i was on their lowest "trust" level category, because TymeBanks could not be verify my details (finger prints) with home affairs (their resolution to redo your finger prints with home affairs ;): This resulted in a monthly cap of R40K on my account. I gets better - without any warning TymeBank will freeze my account every 2-3 months - without any e-mail / phone call ... no warning, due to suspected "fraud" - which they could till this day not explain to me how they got to such decision, as it was all normal transactions. This happened more than 5 times since i have been with the bank - and obviously at the most embarrassing times. Ready for the cherry on top? Early Sept'22 i noticed for 3 days in a row , small amounts going through my account. I immediately call their customer services no, and was prompt referred to their good old fraud department. Case logged (GFD059380) and all that - just to receive a sms 7 days later stating: Fraud claim resolved, and has been declined. I still don't have an answer from TymeBank. Best information i got that my card was used in "tap and go" transactions in Witrivier, at an internet cafe. Needless to say, after the spectacular service, and promised feedback - i closed my account. Happy to share more details and reference no's with anyone. Please donate your hard earn cash rather than deal with this "bank". At the end you will be sorry dealing with TymeBank.
