I want to give a Bid thanks to a lady called Wendy from Sustainable Collection Services. She got me in a not-so-good mood regarding a very annoying matter with Lancet. She maintained professionalism and patience, stuck to her schedule well, was able to get the information she needed, and allowed me to voice my frustration with her client. Big ups to you Wendy , I wish you more growth in your career.
no Hot water for the past 3 weeks. In these cold weeks of July, we have been freezing showering with cold water, no official communication and the only thing we seem to get are reminders of cold water in the shower. no updates or reassurance, this is getting out of hand, especially for us who gym in the morning and to the office after. Lovely Gym, but think twice about committing there
Incorrect billing. Telkom keeps running debit orders on odd days of the month, leaving me with unpaid fees of R147.00 from standard bank. I have called 6 times and each time i instruct then when to debit, but no!!!! On each pay day i get an unpain debit order.
