Cannot cannot get hold of the agents working for the company.
Their agents advertise their services and when you want to subscribe as a pro, they don't have any one to answer their phone, the phone is answered by a machine and then it drops. How can you offer business services without talking to someone who works at that business? When we subscribe we pay money and before one pays money they want to make sure that they are paying it to a trustworthy entity who will confirm that the services they offer are legit and the company offering them is not a fly by night.

International payment reversal
Standard bank is *********** when it comes to international payment reversals. I joined Standard bank two weeks ago and opened a Mymo account then they told me I had to download their banking app and I did all this in the hope that I will be able to make an international payment to Mozambique since the person I was sending money to has a standard bank account also. After opening the account I went back to the bank and went to the Beuraur dechange section and was shown how to make an international payment. They told me it would take 4-5 days for the recipient to receive the money. But he didn't I called the bank and they told me to call an international customer service department when I tell them what is going on they said they can't assist and that I need to send an email to internationalservicedesk@standardbank.co.za and then after sending it they kept quiet. What exactly am I supposed to do to get my money back. I'm really disappointed 😞 😔 and frustrated at the same time! How can a whole standard bank be so ***********!! I just don't know 😕 🤷 😪
