We have had the worst network and connectivity for over 4months, where we had to call Telkom every week about this issue, till this day they haven’t fixed the tower, which they identified as the main problem. Tried to call customer service and they are just terrible, rude and condescending. Biggest regret ever! I would advise anyone from using Telkom!
Siphamandla was really helpful and kind. He worked timeously and was mindful to not take long to assist.
Byron was great on the call and helped a lot. I did however have to call twice when the 1st call was hung up after over 10mins of wait. Byron was however great, kind and helpful
Waited 10mins to get attended to at the entrance. Offered drinks they didn’t have and had to fetch it in the next restaurant. Charging plugs are dirty. Straw for my partner looks like it was chewed on by rats! Dirty floor. This is in Emperors Palace
