Yet more empty promises despite them admitting that they received the documents required AND promising in writing to get back to me. Then they send an email (no reply) to tell me this case has been resolved, but I don't have a refund yet.
Another two weeks with no refund. In total over 4 months now. I was phoned and told they will do a manual refund, I had to resend my Proof of bank account and Id, but I am still waiting...
I have now been waiting since Jan 17 and Feb 11 for TWO refunds because they didn't have stock. Contacted them, and was informed that they did try to repay, but that my bank account didn;t work. It has been the same bank account for 20 years. Sent bank account verification 4 weeks ago. Still nothing. Now they came back to ask for my personal bank statements. So they say I am lying, but there own system shows that it has not been refunded. Send me proof of repayment. You are not getting my personal bank statements.

Makro online **** about specs, refuses return because I opened the item. How else must I test it?
I made payment to them FNB to FNB which reflects immediately, even on public holiday. Now they sya it does not show on thei "statement"and even thoufght I send proof of payment to them, Thsy are now telling me do do another payment for the same invoice in order to get my website back up. Utterly useless.
Trying to settle an old account to clear my name. Phoned and got three different amounts in writing: R754.98 , R2079.63 and R2105.63. And all of this for a service I did not receive as they removed the device at my request, but claims that I did not cancel. They already blacklisted me with the credit bureaux, so they can't do more damage... I am prepared to pay the R754.98 but not more than that
Went over from contract to prepaid in January. Today, I cant phone a client in Swaziland with money in my prepaid account because my account is in "pre legal" I paid the last little invoice two month ago.. I will sue if I lose this contract in Swaziland because of your inept useless attitude. The most useless company on earth.
