2 years of struggling to clear my name.
Good Day I've app**** at a company by the name of FIX UR CREDIT to assist me with my debt and placed me under debt review late 2021 and early 2022. By April 2022 I paid up all my debt and sent them all the paid up letters in order for my name to be cleared on the beauro and taken off the red flag. I've been sent from pillar to post for the past 2 years trying to clear my name but up until now still nothing has been done. I've spoken to more than 6 people of the company to assist me and each time the company name changed or it's just something. My so called personal file with them has been moving from one person to another yet no progress has been made. I've been patient and understanding through all these problems but I've had more than enough now. I can't even go to a small loan business to borrow a mere R2000 because of this company and the fact that my name is flagged at the beauro I am disadvantaged as well as my kids. I can't open any accounts to assist me with school things neither can I apply for a loan/ bond to buy a house. I'm stuck and have been stuck in this predicament for the past 2 years. I've reached out to other companies to assist to clear my name but still in financial difficulties as I have to pay for about 3 to 4 months an estimated amount of about R3000 just to clear my name whereas I've already paid this company clear my name. I'm a singe mother with 2 boys and 1 of which was diagnosed with Autism and struggle to keep head above water. So if anyone comes a cross this company please don't be fooled by their confidence in helping you. Another thing if they do eventually get my name cleared the clearance certificate has to be backdated to 2022 and if not I'd have to endure another 2 years of being a prisoner of not being able to make any loan or apply for any type of credit or clothing store account.

My cel C contract that was never canceled. Now being held liable for payments.
Good Day I took out a contract with cell C in 2010 for a modem and canceled it in 2012, hence modems are not being used for a very long time now. I don't even know where it is neither the number used. Nevertheless, I went to the closest cell C store and tried to cancel my contract, I was advice to come back a month before the contract ends of which I did and this was in 2012. Cell C kept on deducting and I kept on disputing it on my bank app. This has been going on for quite some time now and is being harassed for payments and my name is red flagged at the beauro as a bad payer of which I'm not. I told them that I will not be help liable for the incompetence of the consultant that assisted me and will not make any payments. Now I'm being threatened with lawyers letters and forced to make payment on this account to be settled. I'm in need of a settlement letter stating that my debt is cleared but they are refusing to assist me with that until I make payment. This is so unfair. Because they've been deducting for years
