I'm rating the agent i spoke to a 0, she was so upset and rude for no reason and cut my call before she can assist me further. it takes an hour to go through to their call Centre and you receive trash service when you go through. the agent was so unprofessional, what makes someone to be upset early in the morning to a stranger instead of assisting.
I called capitec babk asking for a quote for a funeral cover to add my siblings and the agent went ahead without my approval and activated a funeral cover without my consent. Today i woke up and almost R500 was taken from my account. Called the call center and was not assisted with reversing that payment i was told they need to listen to the recording first as if its my fault and that will probably take months. Iam so ****ed and that money i have put aside for other debit orders not for them to ***** it.
Iv placed an order on the 24th of December 2025 hoping to get the order before the end of the year. Till this day i have not received my order. When i track my order online it shows it is out for delivery since last year till this date. Iv been calling Bash call centre and nobody is assisting me. This is heart breaking and will definitely not order ever again from Bash.
Last month iv changed my debit order date from the 1st to the 20th . On the 20th of February 2025 Rain debited my account successfully. Yesterday the 1st of March they tried to debit my account again and it bounced back due to insufficient funds. So i was confused and called their call centre to ask why am i being debited again on the 1st? The guy said its a mistake and because i changed my date in the middle of the billing cycle that's why they tried to take money again however i must not worry he will fix the issue and my connection wont be interrupted. Today the 2nd of March 2025 Rain is trying to debit my account again and it bounced back due to insufficient funds and few hours later my services is suspended. How? And why? Can someone explain to me why if iv allready paid for February and my next debit date is the 20th of March 2025. Such a **** service if you ask me,i need to cancel their services as soon as possible. I tried to phone the call centre with no luck their phone rings and no one is answering.
I never skipped any payments with Rain however I don't have any Wi-Fi services for the past days. I tried to trouble shoot and disconnected the router hoping for better coverage but still it doesn't connect it kept saying connected without Internet. I've been trying to call their call center for help and the first time my call went through i kept saying Hallo and no one was speaking. tried calling again and their lines are busy they keep on playing music till your airtime runs off. this is frustrating.
Good day, I app**** for a contract phone online last year in September and got approved. The phone got delivered and I realized what the sales agent said about the phone was not true and I did not like it. I phoned Telkom telling them that I was sold lies and I want to return the phone. They then advised that I need to contact the courier compony to come collect it, which I did. The courier company came to collect the phone back to Telkom. I then called Telkom to advise them that the phone has been collected and I was informed my contract will be cancelled in the next few days and I will get confirmation sms once it's done. I then received a message that it has been cancelled. later in the year around early December I called Telkom after my current phone I was using fell and the LCD got damaged and wanted to apply for another phone. The sales agent said "you don't qualify" because you owe Telkom and I asked how much it is? and what is the amount for? the agent said she doesn't know I must contact Telkom contract line to find out, I called Telkom and the agents kept cutting my calls without assisting when I asked what is the amount for:? I then went to the Walkin center in Cape town CBD and the agent there didn't understand what the amount is for and said they will escalate my enquiry and few days later I got a message that my enquiry has been resolved which I assumed whatever the amount I was owing was cleared off since no one could explain what the amount was for. This year in March 2024 I got an sms from Nudebt that I'm handed over I now owe Telkom R1119.80 . can someone assist as to why did it get here? and why Telkom failed to inform me about this? I called Telkom numerous times last year and no one could explain to me why I'm owing them. Now I'm handed over and still no one is telling me what is the amount owed is for?
