Extremely frustrating that such a big company does not have contact details to call in lay complaints. When you follow their process a complaint is automatically recorded as a cancelation. The driver that was supposed to deliver today was obnoxious, arrogant, Extremely rude and dim witted.
My parcel was onboard the Courier vehicle at 07:19:36 this morning (22 April 2024), however received a message from Fastway Couriers at 17:23 (22 April 2024) that "the courier was unable to deliver your parcel, your Fastway courier has taken it back to the depot", with no explanation or reason for failure to deliver. We'll attempt delivery again on our next delivery schedule. I find this preposterous as I was home the whole day today due to the initial message that the parcel due date was today and NOBODY contacted me to attempt delivery. I have logged a query with them and shall receive feedback once they have investigated????!!!!! This is totally unacceptable, shoddy work.
We received a call from a representative of Bank Call International (+27 11 271 7013) who wanted to speak to one of our employees. Understanding that he was transferred to the call centre, i requested that he contact her on her mobile number, he then hung up. On calling back, he was transferred to my direct line and I proceeded to tell him the same thing. When i requested to speak to either his supervisor/team leader or manager, he once again hung up.<br> <br> This company states that it is a tracing company for NEDBANK. If this is the type of company that NEDBANK associates itself with, I surely will be taking my business elsewhere.
