This is ridiculous service!!! I booked an exam for the 13 January 2025 , an incorrect reference was used, i called on the 6th to rectify , it was escalated to one of the agents called Marietjie Grant, i did respond back to the agent with relevant information and pop with the dates on the same day. I have sent numerous follow ups with no responds. Bad Service Moonstone
I don't understand Dstv, why have a self service portal and chat to their agents and they hardly can help. They take too long too answer your question and all I want is to do a simple thing. Change my package on showmax to allow my TV to play show max. Worse service ever. Show max was better alone before integrating with Dstv
I don't understand why would rain hire people who keep giving us false information. Firstly I ordered our rain package then rain delivered late. Gave us a month's free subscription for the inconvenience. Initial first installment is on the 1st July but they keep trying to deduct from my account.Spoke to two consultants and they both promised to resolve it and update their accounts department not to deduct AGAIN Rain is a ****. Don't sign up with them.
This is horrible service. Firstly I placed my order on the 29th of April 2023. No communication was done about delays and got My order on Friday 12 May 2023 however the Sim card was not activated. Called the call center on Sunday 14th and an agent said they will escalate the matter to a supervisor. It's the 15th and still the Sim card is not activated. This is pathetic service rain I'll never recommend anybody to you
