Why need my ID number if I am not a client? Why ask again for my ID if i want to report this to the complaints department? No insurance company does this. This is a scam to bull**** people into buying into a scheme that will cost them money and time in the end. You outsurance now fall under the same category as the rest of the thieves and crooks that use email or phone into scamming people first for their personal information then for their money.
Richard is one in a million when it come to service and if there should be a prize to be given he deserves it hands down without a doubt. Keep up the good service.
I am a regular at hooter. This is the fist time we had to wait a hour for a cup of coffee. The service was very slow and unacceptable as the food was also late and some items we not prepared correctly. I had a chat with the manager, this caused the food items to be prepared sub-standard.
How is it possible to not have a parcel on the system, seems we are moving backwards. This is unacceptable. There is also 10 point to attend to customers but only two staff members and the one assisting me was terribly slow.
The service was fantastic, we had one of best waiters. Food was great and we will definatly be returning customers.
