Worst service by Carter Rosebank. Bought a car with them and they promised me two free services but it was all a lie because when the time came for service they changed the story and said the car is just over 15k kms and they won't be able to service it and all service plans with them will be forfeited. They are a **** and everyone should get their Suzuki somewhere else.That Rosebank branch is run by ************* folks.
These guy are the worst when it comes to customer service. They don't answer phone calls and don't respond to the whatsapp number they provide to customers. This is not an eazy company to deal with, when they promise to come back to you they never come back. I'm sitting in the dark thanks to them not being able to just register and activate a metre box.
I have a an account with them and beside their Fibre standard being below par, their consultants are unhelpful and always giving misleading information after you stayed on hold for nothing less than 15 mins. I have been on the line with them all day and till now my problem is not resolved.
Worst wifi providers ever, they don't even update until you call them to ask why is the wifi down. We experience 3 days outages and is business as usual for them
