What a disgraceful experience with Aqua Flow Pools. If you’re considering doing business with them, proceed with caution. I clearly explained exactly what I needed, yet the diminished intellectual person on the other end tried to lecture me about filter sand — something I never mentioned or requested. When I said I would rather find someone else, he had the audacity to accuse me of being rude, call me a derogatory name (P..s), and then hang up. Very brave over the phone — a textbook example of low-class, unprofessional behavior. At this rate, the business seems destined for failure sooner or later. Best of all, I have a recording of the call and am seriously tempted to share it publicly to show the world how unprofessional some so-called businesspeople can be.
Be cautious when dealing with this company. They didn't have the ordered colors in stock and only notified us after the order was placed and paid in full. Although we accepted the situation due to strict project deadlines, they were uncooperative about replacing damaged items – specifically doors – that they assembled and delivered, despite the substantial order value of nearly R175,000.
I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I've received at Shell Homelake/Adlem Auto. Unfortunately, I've experienced what appears to be discriminatory behavior from the forecourt attendants, who seem to treat white customers with disrespect. Here are some specific incidents: 1. Attendees would often instruct me to move my car after I'd already positioned it correctly, using a demanding tone. 2. On one occasion, an attendant told me to pull out despite being parked at a safe distance from the pump. 3. Another attendant filled my car with petrol beyond the auto-click point, causing fuel to spill over. 4. Today, I attempted to have my tire pressures checked, but the attendant (Titus/Tinius) responded with a bad attitude, failing to greet me or acknowledge my request. In contrast, I visited another service station and received prompt, friendly service, including a windscreen cleaning without asking. Shell Homelake/Adlem Auto needs to address their service issues and ensure that all customers receive respectful treatment.
Disappointing Experience: A Cautionary Tale I recently visited Brandsmegastore, driving an hour to purchase a specific shoe. The salesman was friendly, showing me the desired shoe and other available options. He offered to arrange a discount, which seemed promising as I did not even asked for it! However, after paying and returning to work, I discovered that the Indian guy at the counter had charged me more than the advertised price on their website. This was not a special or sale price, and I felt misled. I strongly advise others to explore alternative options rather than supporting businesses that engage in blatant dishonesty. Transparency and fairness are essential in any transaction.
Shame on you. Drove 2 hours specifically to your main branch as the others closer does not always have enough stock on hand. (We buy few of each when we buy). We also wanted to experience the "Main" shop. At Aeroton was told that they do not have stock on the floor (Not even 1) of the goods we needed but has in Warehouse (Same Building door connecting the two) and that I must come back the following day. Ok so I am expected to spend 4 more hours and 400Km on the road because stock cannot be provided with massive warehouse /store in the same building. Remember that it is people like me supporting you since your beginning that made it possible to grow till where you are now. Now we are the ones standing there in a shop where we are treated like the sales staff (Especially at the counter) is doing us a Favour. BAD BAD Adendorff's
Extremely bad client service, at least show some respect, please lady look at a client when addressing her and use some "tack" when refusing to do an animal. I can't help but wonder how the poor animals are treated when there is nobody around if this is how a potential new client is treated! Remember your business exist because of clients, your client is doing you a Favour by supporting you not the other way round.
Bought Melamine board and had it cut and edged by them. Cuts is chipped, edging a disaster as it is not finished, uneven and already coming loose and we have just received the boards (64 pieces) and not even fitted to the job yet. Lady manning the phone is no help at all as she does not understand what the problem is. Tried to get hold of the Manager but it seems everybody there are trying to avoid me speaking to him.
Bad service unfriendly staff no customer service. They do us a favor by being there, 2 weeks to cut and edge surely you can do better. Little Falls Branch
Please watch out when doing business with this company. The owner places special orders, have goods packed/wrapped and then never show. She does not even call to cancel order neither does she respond to calls and or messages.
