Horrible horrible services for a pensioner. Firstly we get to the emergency doors and are told by a very casual illiterate security guy who doesn't even call porters to help me and my mother. Then we get to the so called emergency room and are told that only the patient is allowed in. After fighting, my mother remained behind with my dad. Then they tell me I need to park outside the hospital and of something happens to the car it's not their responsibility. This is by far the most *********** hospital in the east rand. Safe to say that all the people working here are very illiterate and very much uncaring
What a ****ty ****ty network. I have been paying amounts that I am told I owe. I paid that then asked them to cancel my services. Then they said it will take a month to cancel but I will owe that month R143.00 of which I was fine with. The contract was going to be actively cancelled from the 8th June since I called on the 8th May. When I make an enquiry today if they received the payment they are saying yes but now Im owing R154. I mean what the hell!!!!! Where did this one come from? No MTN is a **** and a very ****ty network. I wouldn't recommend anyone using it!!
I have been with MTN ever since buying my first phone in the early 2000s, but since the beginning of April (this month) they have been nothing but ****mers and their services and communication has been nothing but pathetic. After agreeing on a month to month contract from Dec 2024 ( after my two year contract ended) they told me I would be paying R142.00 pm only. Come April my services got suspended. When I enquire I'm told I'm owing R280 and my account is with their legal department. When I email this legal department I'm told it's costs incurred for extra time etc. I was never told this and for them not to communicate it with me on time so that I make payment was utterly ridiculous. When I needed to pay the R280 I was now told I'm owing R333.00 but I have not been using their network cause my service has been suspended the whole month. How is that even possible???!! I have paid only the R280 and demanded they open my services and cancel any contract in place related to my number. What a poor and dissapointing service after being a loyal customer for so long. I'm disgusted and want nothing to do with their network. If you are using MTN, be warned of their ****ming ways!!
Bad service at McDonald's at Mall@ Carnival drive through. Absolutely pathetic to wait in a drive through for 15 minutes
