Do Not deal with them, **** Site
Was advised on a 3D Hotend model that was not compatable to my printer and tried to change it during the checkout , they still deducted and promised to refund within 10 working days, that was 2023/05/17. To this day no refund, I Got Consumer protection involved they have advised I start legal action and are escalating it too to the National Consumer Commission in accordance with section 71 (1) of the CPA. I have just received Registered company owners and am getting their Home addresses through a contact, that I will be posting on all forums for the hundreds of people with similar problems with them.

**** site, no Refund even after undertakings 6months
Purchased an inverter that was never delivered , after 5th ETA change I asked for refund which they undertook to pay, To this day no payments. Got Consumer protection involved who also got undertakings of payment, they have advised I start legal action and are escalating it too to the National Consumer Commission in accordance with section 71 (1) of the CPA. I have just completed search for Registered company owners and am getting their Home addresses, that I will be posting on all forums for the hundreds of people with similar problems.

Warning, Do Not Deal with tgem
No contact numbers actually go through, been waiting 3 months for paid item, eta changes by a month everytime you manage to get an email through. Starting legal action and tracing owners to have them dealt with directly.
