I had a problem, waiting for the bank to open, when those ladies open, their spirit was so warm and welcoming, joking and very jovial. They changed the serious banking mood, to a very warm relaxed mood. They jokingly called me “babe” now I also call them “babe” The one who helped me is Thandeka, who did an excellent job, with patience and vast knowledge, pity I did not get the names of the other ladies. Ladies big up to you, keep up the good spirit and well. Done.❤️

Need to cancel Mweb Fibre wifi
I have been trying to cancel my month to month contract with Mweb, but I have been just getting the run around, today I have been trying to phone, or reach them, since 12;30, phone is not answered, tried cancelling online, but after choosing the product you want to cancel, the submit button does not work. even last month same thing happened. the product id too expensive for me. please let them cancel ,its the 1st again today, I need to put my notice today.they keep on saying they have sent OTP which never shows acc. number 65289339 emai:thembmzi@gmail.com. I am stuck now

Money to be reversed
I deposited money in a April by phone, and it got deposited in that person's credit card, I have been trying to reverse that money since May 2023, up to now it has not been reversed. They keep on refering me to secure chat, get asked the same questions, We even physically went to the bank with the owner of the card on the, 10 October where we were promised that it will be reversed in 10 to 15 days, but nothing has happened, when I enquire, I am still referred to the same secure chat. I even sent a complain to the complains department, who never even bothered to acknowledged receiving my complaint.
