Poor management
Clicks Gateway shopping mall with poor management and unprofessional staff. I filed a complaint regarding the chairs that they had lying all over the sales floor after i had addressed it to the manager who did nit do anything about not even to instruct his staff to remove the chairs. As i was shopping at clicks i was then knocked by a chair that made my leg swollen and was limping. I then made the manager aware about it and he had no care in the world. I then filled a complaint through their complaints page, from that tome i have been sending emails for feedback/ follow up on the complaints but no one seemed to care to atleast give me a call even after i had given them my contact details and the time to contact me… manager is very slow and unprofessional the service is terrible

Rude staff
On Monday the 12th of March 2023. I went to checkers medirite in Gateway mall.. they opening at 9 but I stood there waiting up until 9:15 and I was rushing to work so I called one of the managers and informed them that the pharmacy isn't opened yet and its nearly 9:20. She just told me to wait they'll open and that they were running late. I then waited for them to open, the lady opened at 9:30 and told me that she was not ready to work she still need to fetch money from the office, when I asked her why did you then open when you don't have all the resources and I have been standing in the queue since 9?? She had no care in the world she just ignored me as if I never existed. There fter she game me a terrible service!! Rude staff and stinking attitude
