I am very disappointed on old mutual funeral insurance, my son has passed away on the 30th of May, I went to the branch for claim and they topd me there is a beneficiary calls Sipho Cibane, I told them that we don't have any Sipho Cibane in the family, we don't know this beneficiary, according to my knowledge they are suppose to do an internal invistigation on the broker that was helping my son to join the policy but no, they ask for an affidavit, we submitted, they ask for the letter of authority, we submitted but now they are saying we sholu go to home affairs to locate this Sipho person, to me this is an excuse not to pay out this policy why they don't deal with the broker who was assisting my son, at the end of the day my son was paying for this policy through Persal we need for the money to be paid out, the Management should come up with the solution cos my family will not go to home affairs to look for the person we don't know and not tge member of our family.
This is the appreciation post for the staff member at discovery with car insurance, he has been helping me tirelessly and I am so grateful to MATHIBEDI CHUEU excellent service and respect kudos🙌🙌
I would like to express my gratitude to the branch manager of HAVAL Durban Berea and Caroline the receptionist. I have no words to thank them , I made a comment on the 17th on this same platform about the way I was treated by some of the staff members but George The branch manager and the lovely lady Caroline the receptionist stoop up for me they gave pulled all the stops just for my car to be attended and be ready in few days,George took the matter upon himself, he called me on Friday 17th while he was on leave and promised that he look on the matter on Monday, we all going to remember that on Monday 29th there was a national shut down but George made a way to work just to keep his promise, everyday he was calling me for an update,the man was working day and night in order for my car to be ready asap,remember I was told the process will take three weeks but with George it only took 3days max , there was a lot of problems that needed new parts even when he was placing the order to head office I was being updated, the order came overnight, good people HAVAL *****s I got my car yesterday 💃💃as I am writing m on tears 😭because of the service and dedication I have witnessed,I would like to say infront of the whole world that thank you very much George even the words are not enough, for you having sleepless nights to make me happy for that I will never forget😭🙏 you and Caroline please keep up a good work that place is nothing without you two only God can Bless you for me , I am short of words, HAVAL Durban Berea I give you 5 star today your work is extremely impressive thank you once again 🙏🙏🙏😭
If I say I a m disappointed it’s understatement ,I bought my HAVAL h2 in dec 2020 is on 30000km, HAVAL is refusing to fix their engine mind you that the car is still under warranty, when I was driving I saw a warning sign in the car says engine temperature is high and I stopped immediately, i then call HAVAL tollgate Durban they advise me to look on the service book I will find the number of the roadside assistance, I did that and my car was towed on Tuesday morning, Tuesday pass, Wednesday pass then I decided to call on Thursday because no one was informing me if they received my car and what caused the problem, I fined 4 times without given a straight answer eventually fifth time an Indian guy told me that the job card says the car has a starter problem of which was not true and it came to my surprise,the guy told me dat they will strip the car and if its something dat is not covered on warranty I will have to pay 4k f striping, to me that is daylight robbery because the car is 2 years old and the engine is theirs but they can’t assess and fix the car for free,today I called again and to ask how far and I was told they haven’t check remember is the 4th day m suck without a car I can’t even go to work no curtucy car for what so ever, the lady call me back and told me the head cylinder has blown I don’t understand because I stopped car same time when I was getting warnings and I am told for further investigation I will be liable for the costs and it will take three weeks just to strip the car not mention of fixing and there are no curtaicy cars. I am so angry and frustrated that if they are failing now to assist to fix something to do with an engine now what my car will be in 4years from nowthe new car is not even suppose to have these problems ,HAVAL is a scam they are selling liars to us they are not reliable and trustworthy.
