I've called their customer service number 010 211 1120 and have wrote email that no one response to for months. Spent over R300 worth of airtime only to be put on hold for hours with no agent getting back by the time agent gets back the is only R1 left and you can't even state your inquiry. The agent don't even bother to call back even after you gave them all details including your number. For a statement this is ridiculous
The biggest ****MER. their agent **** and said clientele perks is a platform that helps one redeem vouchers from selected store. The checker and Shoprite coupons don't even allow one to redeem on all grocery item. The beggest **** is I being registered to an app the debit R170. I Was never told out any about being deducted only that I would get cash back and free Uber rides with nu metro ticket for a month once I've upload a few recipes from my monthly shopping. No they keep lie about the policy being deactivated. They keep debiting even after I've call to cancel and wrote emails several times.
The consultation agent **** and said their representing creditor I'm owning money where as they not, so that I may authorize a debit order to the so they can **** me money and not even pay my creditor do not fall for any of this tactic, after I realised that they have no relation to my credit I asked them to cancel the debit order they keep re enstating it by changing reference so they can debit an amount that they won't even pay to my creditors.
From the time I started the journey with the Campbell Attorneys The employees keep toying around with me, i had to chase after Tabitha for letter 1, that confirms ive opened a file with them took me 3 month for them to send me confirmation letter.The has been no honestly no proper response and I'm always been lied to in regards to how far my case is. Since last year 2022 with follow up I've been told my case was to be lodge and every month since than I'm told the Matter is lodged, yet im not even sent update letter 2. I never get responses from email nor whatsapp. Unprofessional and untrust worthy make me question how can I even trust such people to be assisting me to handle RAF claims. Tabitha told me my claim was lodge when i called to follow up then told me it was still to be lodged. Charlotte never responded back to email. No one cares to assist. Always vague response when following up no proper clarity. Tabitha keeps lying one month she say this the next month different story. The receptionist and the person responding to whatsapp also say one thing this month next month a totally different story. That I nolong understand what's true from what I'm being told. This is the worst service and unprofessionism I've experienced. And I have to trust this Campbell Attorneys to help me with RAF CLAIM.
