This happens at Bellville Licensing Department 04/12/2025 around 14h00. I send my husband to renew register my car and pay for the outstanding licensing's wrote a letter giving a permission to my husband to obtain licensing on my behalf. He was treated bad Infront of our daughter the lady that was working at desk No6 was shouting at him telling him of his age difference between me and him as he is a pensioner and I am not of which I do not know where does that have to do with the disc .When my husband try to explain to her that he is there to pay for the cars that is under me .The Lady retaliated call him names and everyone was listening to her even her core colleagues this happen around 14hoo or few minutes before 14h00. Please this issue needs to be addressed to this lady, and my private life has nothing to do with her. It is so disappointing to hear how ugly other people addresses other my husband is older than her she has no right to attack him of his choices. The disc was only thing we want not this commission.
my house wifi was desconnected from the 15th of July last week.We have been trying to report to them but they keep on telling us to unplug and plug ,change the wires and reinsert them back .I ask them to send a Technician of which they did not agree to but I have kids that are studying they did not submit their assignment true this poor service.I am highly dissapointed on them and I would not recommend this wifi for anyone it is not reliyable
Ok Furniture advertises on Black Friday a Restonic King bed size 183 cm Tanzanite pillow top base. I was so disappointed when going to buy on Black Friday that they did not have it at all at Queenstown Ok Furniture. My mother paid for it on Thursday so that even if Friday a lot of people buy it so they can keep her one, guess what? On Friday, they refunded her money, saying there was no such thing. I want to know from Ok Furniture that they are trying to **** us about the Black Friday specials, yet they know there are none. My mom and I are old customers of OK Furniture, but this has disappointed us to the core. I will never rely again on their catalogs.

On the 20 th we transfere money to pay for a car we bought from the owner we wanted an immediate payment so a lady at capitec advise us to that Capitec can only pay immediately R100 000 00 or less over R100 000 00 will take 3 days to clear so we ask to transfere R100 000 00 to ou ABSA account as the owner of the car wanted us to pay him through ABSA as he trust ABSA BANK .We did the tranfere the slip shows successful .We went to ABSA to do the transfere and it was done .We got the car and left on the 22 the owner of the car called me saying the money that we payed him capitecc doesnt want to realise .When ABSA contacted CAPITEC they said we need to go in and clear thge money.On arrival Capitec told us to go to police station to make an avidavt stating our requst and also make a sertified copy of ID and bring both together we did.When we brought back at Parow china town branch the lady submited our documents and we waited and waited but the said no the money doesnt clear up capitec suspect fraud.We get angry I ask them to give me the phone I was some explanation as they didnt explain further .The lady said they are not allowed to do so .I ask for the number for their complaints department or Investiagation department she gave and I called them.While I was busy explaining to them and asking for advise a branch manager came to me and said I must get out of her bank her name tag was written Petula Branch maneger.So WITHOUT ME BEING FINISH EXPLAINING TO COMPLAIN DEPARTMENT .I ask her to please not to disturb as I was listening she fume and shouted at me saying I mus leave or she is calling the police I ask her what did I say to her because I was only talking with their legal department not her really few minutes security arrived .I aws escorted out of the mall crying loosing hope if my money I will get or not or will loose the car as the owner said he is going to fetch the car as this payment is not done .The lady who was helping me felt sorry and follw me telling me she will give me a call today as this might take 48 hours. My question is our recipt state transection was sucsessful and they promised to do immediate payment as the amount ist was not more than R100 000 00. But now we suffering I cant buy even a bread or put some petrol now as capitec put a hol-up on the whole account please help we dont know why the hold up until now the money isnt cleared and rude manager shouted at me and humilated me infront of everyone.
I am so disappointed with the service my mom received at Bradlow's Queenstown branch. My mother bought a Lounge suite on the 24.11.2022. On delivery my mom noticed that there were some scratches and other faults on some of the coughs she immediately informs the delivery guys and instructed them to take back. These guys pleaded her to keep them as they now need to first report it at the store as this was the last suite they have. They never come back my mother went to the store to report this to the manager were she was treated badly by the store manager (Zola) saying he is too busy he don't have time she must take pictures of the faulty ones and the scratches and send them to him and my mom did send everything to him, mind you my mother is a senior citizen but still she try to tell this manager to please collect the suite and bring the new suit because that one looks like a second hand the guy said to my mom she must go home he will call her when she received another suit. December, I went with my mother I ask the manager why he did not give my mom a reference number for her complain he then gave her, and my mom told the manager she don't want a secondhand suite she want a new suite she know the shops that are selling second hands or if Bradlow's doesn't have another suite then they must refund her. The manager said their workshop is closed they will open after the 15th of January so mom must be patient. We waited, mom went back after the 15 of Jan still there was no concrete follow up in this matter manager always act as if he is trying but there no evidence. I even call Bradlow's complaints department they promise to follow up, but nothing done till to date. Mom said the guys arrived at home claiming that they are from Bradlow's they want to fetch the suit to take it to repairs my mother was angry because she wants new chairs not the repaired ones now, they act as if she damages the chairs, but it was their displayed damage chairs, now they are taking chances to give my mom old chairs. Please Hello Peter help us to get new chairs not repaired ones or if they don't have then they must refund us. We regret to say we will never buy at Bradlow's again the experience is too traumatizing for my mom at her old age and the unfair treatment of their store manager.
