help+visa@ivisatravel.com has ****med me and taken my money R3085, and their system does not work. I was applying for a Nigerian visa for business, but it does not allow me to submit. The submission button is continuously buffering.
Unauthorised use of my bank details to deduct my money. I purchased a flight ticket to Zimbabwe with eDreams, and after two weeks, they deducted my money using my card without my consent. They never explained or wrote to me why they were taking my money. I am very disappointed with this company for its *****ulent deals. Please be warned! They are ******.
Momentum Multiply deducted my money from my account without my consent and they claimed that I signed for it using brokers and marketing advisors. Financial adviser name MR MW DU TOIT Marketing adviser code 006074 Marketing adviser name MRS E GRAY. I am frustrated and as a student, I don't have money to buy food because of momentum. I have been paying for my yearly subscription without problems but they have decided to ***** my hard-earned cash through bogus brokers who have used my personal details to create a debit order.
After the nasty experience that I heard my ticket was confirmed authentic. It's been more than two months while asking for my refund, but they have since stopped responding to my emails. My heart is broken.
I made an online payment on the 6th of March 2023 for transport from Joburg to Cape town. My ticket number is GHAAABQ01. Despite that I paid for transport service from Joburg to Cape Town but unfortunately was denied entry to the bus because the driver claimed that my ticket number was invalid and my name did not appear on the passenger list. The drivers literally threw me out of the bus and the time was already after 8 pm. I tried to negotiate if I could pay again to access the bus because it was the last bus to Cape town. My cry fell into deaf ears of the drivers. they took my phone pretending to verify my ticket and came back to tell me that they couldn't go with me. I had to search for my bag from the boot and remain at Park station. I was traumatised because the bus came very late almost two hours late instead of 1800. I had to sleep at park station whilst making other travelling arrangements. I tried to contact customer care afterwards and they dismissed my issue accusing me of not being by the station when the bus came. No matter how much I tried to convince them that I was even the first person in the and put my bag in the boot before everyone they remained adamant. I just wonder if this is their new ways of robbing innocent citizens and exposing them to such traumatic experiences. I could have used that money to buy food or medication but they choose to keep it for their selfish reasons.
