NEVER FLY AIR AUSTRAL
Unreliable little airline. After booking flight they moved it by an entire day ?!!! . Had to change hotel and other arrangements at substantial cost. Flight delayed at Reunion by more than 3 hours . No Air Austral staff at airport for 3 hours to provide any info. Useless *********** little airline - AVOID AT ALL COST

One deal a day - Useless pathetic
Ordered desk pads on 13 Dec as xmas gift for 25 Dec 12 days later. Now 5 Jan 2024 still not received order 23 days later ???? This company is useless . have no idea what they are doing . They need to ask takealot for how to operate an online business.
