Horandius treatment lack of customer service and being human
I have made a payment and used the immediate payment option in order for the payment to reflect immediately tell why I am being told that my payment will only reflect tomorrow they are refusing to reconnect me until the system allocates the payment is this how people have to suffer to get reconnection from the rude staff at the meter shack as per their instructions reconnection is done below R200 when u request to chat to an agent after hours they r able to allocate the payment but during working hours they cannot It has been 3 hours the balance still reflects the same0 replies
