Department of Labour - Compensation Fund

Disappointed by Department of labour Durban

My woman went on maternity leave, and app**** with department of labour beginning of March to he compensated till she returns to work, till today she has received nothing therefore cannot provide for the baby. Today she was told that there is a form they did not attach to her documents. In July she is going back to work without having received her salary during maternity leave. Tjis person is a bread winner at her house as well i wonder how they expect her to support her family.I am very disappointed with this department, I wonder what we voting for if we are treated like this. ***

Poor service at Shoprite

I was at Shoprite Bridge city to book a bus, upon arrival I was assisted by Nozipho who was seated next to Sphindile. I must emphasize the service was very poor. I told her I was there to book a bus from Dbn to Jhb and want to leave tonite. As I was giving her the info Sphindile was busy having a loud private conversation that Nozipho was not even listening to me and she kept on asking me to repeat myself while busy chatting to Sphindile. It was very disgusting not to be prioritized as a client. Their convo could have waited till I was assisted fully because it was not even work related.

Bad service at Technostar

I just booked in my car on Monday after the ******* work Technostar did to my car. This time they promised to fix their nonsense. Not a single day I ever get a satisfying service from Technostar. Not to mention that their service manager offered to ensure I receive the best service this time but believe me she does not take any single call from me whenever I call to enquire about the car. When I personally confronted her about it ,you won't believe that she told me she didn't know where her phone is, i guess for the past 2 days she does not know where it is. You have the worst service Technostar and I wouldn't recommend anybody to utilize your service. I wonder where is the best service Nomti promised me. All technostar employees are the same up to the top level even the director
