The fat mer**** ****mers do not book for the lodging they cancel and don't refund
Did a booking on booking.com money was deducted for the stay only to get there and be told that property was under construction and no one can stay when we asked for redund owner lies and never refunds over a month and doesn't answer calls or replies to msgs ****mers!!!! Beware

clicks online store is the worst and their finance team matches with being useless
Clicks online store is the most *********** online store you will ever deal with they cancelled 2 of my online orders due to no stock , i have been struugling for the past 1 month to get my bank refund to which no one in the finance department is able to assist the finance department has not even rep**** to the email i have sent, no one seems to know how to refund the funds and the arrogance of each person is that they cant assist utterly frustrating

Cancellation of multiple orders without reason
Terrible service from superbalist I have ordered 5 different orders from them on different days after waiting hours for each of those items for a limited edition launch for h&m and mugler only for every order to be cancelled without explanation after each order was paid for. Shocking experience from superbalist after supporting them for years you've lost a customer!

False sale only to cancel all orders
********** customer service placed to orders on Saturday for 8 items in total that were on sale and paid for them only to receive an email today without any explaining that both orders were cancelled it's impossible that 8 pairs of shoes are out of stock do not do a false sale only to turn around and cancel orders terrible service this isn't your customers fault if you loaded sale prices wrong horrible will not support anymore and I've been a customer for years.
