Ticketpro is the worst honestly, your website is not user friendly at all. I have been battling to download the tickets I have bought and I am not getting any assistance when calling in. What does one have to do to get assistance as I paid for the tickets already, there is not option whatsoever to download.

I keep getting messages that my payment was unsuccessful yet I made an eft payment this morning at10:17. How does your system work because when I login it says I owe R0.00 yet you keep trying to debit causing unnecessary bank charges for me. And again your network is extremely bad today
I am so disappointed in your service, You never sent me any communication that my account is due for FICA. I just received an SMS on Friday informing me that my account has been paused and that I need to go the nearest branch for FICA. This is totally unacceptable
The customer service at rain just keeps getting worse. I was billed R1 058.00 yesterday and they cannot even give me a valid explanation. I am being told that it's payment for October and November but I paid for October. If I was owing for October, I clearly would not have internet access or I would be sent payment reminders like they always do. I requested a voice recording for a call I made and I was told they can't send it to me

I called rain on the 24th of March to reactivate my account with them. I asked the lady I spoke to before making payment if I would be required to pay again on the 1st of April of I paid on the 24th of March and she said NO. Now to my surprise I got an sms that my internet would be suspended as I did not make payment. I called so many times and was made to hold for long than 3 consultants hung up the phone without assisting me. The 4th one promised to call me back nothing even now. Please explain why I would be charged R529 from the 24th of March until the 1st??? Why was I not told to wait for the 1st to make payment. This is totally unacceptable, I need my money back or reconnect my internet. Or else calculate how much it would cost to use your internet for a week and refund me my balance. Your consultants are the worst
