I refer to my complaint number FR/PBK/2025/b9e8d3ea dated 18 March 2025. As you are aware this complaint has been outstanding since 14 April 2025. I send multiple emails to your office requesting feedback as to when I can expect payment without the courtesy of a response from you. This is a letter to you advising you of my intention to escalate this matter to the office of the National Financial Ombudsman who will be in contact with you in due course. I shall naturally also be contacting every relevant consumer care organization on social media.
Why is dischem not stocking up with Movicol? I tried Clicks and to my surprize they had ample stock, They assured me they have no problem in getting stock. So what is the problem with Dischem - lack of stock management?
A year ago you debited my credit card without my authority. After a lot of arguments you reversed the amount. I asked you not to do it again. Yet this year you debited my account with over a R1000 without consulting me or get my concent to do it. I need a full imbur*****t (reversal) of this *****ulant deduction. I have now the option of opening a *****s case with my bank and report a fruad case with the Police to stop you from doing these *****ulant transactions. You have lost a client because of this theft.
DSTV has decided to cancel a number of programs / channels. Most of those channels are our family's favorite programs. I hope Multichoice will also decrease our subscription to be in line with their channel cancellations, or is my hope to far fetched. Maybe we should look at Openview and others as a replacement for DSTV. We already have Netflix to start off with.
This is now 24 hours later and I have not received a word from openview to solve an error on my decoder. I thought I will use Openview to replace Multisource (DSTV), but seeing there response of no assistance, I regret in purchasing the decoder. I suppose I will have to look further for a DSTV replacement after Multisource announced the cancellation of of some of my favourate channels.
Absa Bank has 2 ATM machines in Farrarmere Benoni. I regret to say that one cannot deposite cash using anyone of these ATM's. We have to drive around wasting fuel to find one that do accept cash deposites. I find it very poor service from ABSA.
We are trying to get a statement from our account with Postbank. Their phones don't work and if it rings, no one answer. Their emails is returned as not delivered. Is this how they do bussiness? I don't understand why SASSA is using Postbank as you don't get any support from them.
I queried DSTV for airing of The Curse of Oak Island season 12. They rep**** by saying they are investigating and will get back to me. after 21 days after their reply, still wating for the date it will be aired, if ever.
There two ATM's in farrarmere, Benoni, both are out of order. The ATM at the Northmead branch charged me R20 for a piece of paper stating "due to a technical error.....". i did not get my cash I wanted to with draw. Is this how Absa treat its customers? I give Absa 0 out of 10 for the bad bad service.
