Well Done Marlon! Sale of shares quick and efficient

DEBT HANDED OVER INCORRECTLY
I am deeply disappointed that you have chosen to sell your book debt which included an account in my name - THAT WAS A SETTLED ACCOUNT! I paid up my gym contract by debit order and i ws debited for all amounts due. yet my account was not updated and the debt handed over to MBD debt collectors who have been harassing me for the last 6 months. I have provided proof of payment, it does not help. I called Virgin Active and they sent me confirmation that my account is settled, but then why was my account handed over in the first place. I have been a loyal customer of Virgin Active, I will never ever take another product from Virgin Active again.

MBD COLLECTIONS AND VIRGIN ACTIVE - I WILL NEVER TAKE ANOTHER VIRGIN ACTIVE PRODUCT.
I am appalled by the conduct of this company. I am continuously being harassed by call Centre agents for an account that is paid up- being a Virgin Active Gym contract. The amount keeps escalating, I have emailed all the proof of payment they say they will correct they just get new people to call and harass. I am promised an sms, they sms is never sent. Emails are ignored. I have called the call Centre, promises are made to remove my details and account, never done. And now I am being harassed on my work line, Something must be done about this ************ debt collection company.
