We, Lawyers, Agents, have been trying to get information from them for the past couple of months, we have emailed our requests, no answer, we have logged onto the website, then get told they are busy with year end, then they are off line, no-one ever answers their phones in there offices, all goes to voicemail, you leave a message but no-one comes back to you, I went into the offices last week Wednesday and was promised we would have the information by that Friday. JOKE
I don't understand how Lancet even exists as I have been asking for information for the past month, till to date nothing. If you send an email, it comes back saying we are so busy, we will get back to you, not sure which year.
Good Day, I cannot get hold of anyone via emails which is what you people want us to do. I am trying to put a claim in for my suitcase that was damaged in September. I have got a quote, claim form everything that they want, sent the email to the address given, but it keeps on coming back. so now I really don't know who to contact to get my claim seen to.
Good Day, I am writing this hoping that I will get a response from the Credit Card Division (*****). I have phoned them 5 - 7 times already, they answer the phone, put me through and then I hold on forever, eventually I put the phone down. So to date still don't know what is happening. I guess *****ulent transactions are not important???
I went this morning looking for pickled fish, the lady that helped me said she wasn't sure if they had, so went to ask the Manager sitting in the front of the store, WHAT AN UNHELPFUL PIECE OF MISERY. Did not even look at me carried on with his things, shook his head and said NO. The lady helping me said that I was the second customer asking for pickled fish. I asked where the previous owners were, he said, I don't know. Hopefully they get rid of him soon, otherwise that OK is going to collapse. It was a booming business with the previous owners.
