Call center staff are very friendly sensitive to the query and have always had very pleasant experiences when calling, thye have gone over and beyond my expectations to help me during a hard time

Unprofessional
they do not even deserve 1 star. Their lack of professionalism, the lack of concern , is non existent. They don't answer their phones, they don't respond to emails. I DO NOT recommend them at all. Trying to get assistance for MONTHS now Dont know what else to do... they refuse to take responsibility for the role they have now as mandant for a complex hence why they avoid reply to emails. In a different area code so unable to go to offices.

VERY POOR this company is fruadulant - order for my American family wheile here and they left without their order BOTH numbers on both FB profiles do not exist i have emailed them so many times and no response - PLEASE STOP THESE GUYS ASAP doesnt warrant ANY stars let alone 1
