Poor Service
Very poor after service & unprofessional, we try to stopped monthly debitorder with this company but not successful for the 3rd month. Think twice before you do business with this company. Buddy Brokers you should be ashamed.

Fo not buy Shares with this Company
Hi guys, please do not buy holiday shares with this company. I try to sell mine for over 4 year, no luck. Eventually I surrender the shares back to company where I lost money. Rather just pay your fee and go on holiday. The promises how easy to sell your shares is not true.

Cancellation of debit order was not done at bank after contract terminated
The complaint is not about the technical service but the after service (customer service, cancelations and billing departments) on the fibre side. I cancelled by contract with OnAir TV Fibre via telephone call and email in January 2025. One month cooling off period was February 2025 (meaning I still pay for February 2025 my subscription). Since then, till today, in June 2025 debit orders are still active on my account, where emails and telephone calls stated subscription terminated, cancelled and debit order must be refunded. Last week and today more calls and emails by me, no reply back. This is so bad for the company, I cannot recommend this company to anyone. Stay away, look at other reviews on hellopeter.
