I was the victim of ***** at the end of November 2024. I reported this to SAPS and to my bank FNB on the 2nd of December. The *****ster was using a Nedbank account. After reporting it my bank FNB has told me that Nedbank has not responded to them regarding my case. And nedbank has also not responded to another victim's bank who reported the same time I did. With 2 reports of *****ulent activity, both with SAPS case numbers, you would think Nedbank would be more eager to cooperate to resolve the matter and find the ******** utilising their bank as a hub for ****** money. But instead nedbank has been unhelpful and unresponsive. This avoidance only helps the ********s to funnel money elsewhere leaving victims with nothing to recover. Nedbank should be ashamed for being so lax when two ******** cases are brought to them for investigation. Terrible terrible bank!

I sent all the required documentation, and was told they would connect me with an investigating officer. I still have no investigating officer. I called FNB ***** multiple times to get updates on my case and every time I call FNB they say they can only send another escalation to Nedbank (the *****ster's bank) which does nothing. They have no progress on my case after almost 3 months. I cannot believe how useless their ***** service is. The "***** Analyst" "helping" me is virtually unreachable.. she doesn't respond to my emails and her phone is always off so I cannot contact her directly either. FNB keeps saying they have had no response from Nedbank. I can't understand why a case which involves ******** activity is not a priority in resolving even after 3 months. This service has been pathetic. I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone. They will just ignore you when you need help.
I did a consultation on Udok as my husband myself and my baby were very sick. Dr Natasha Berlouis was the doctor we connected with. She charged each of us separately for one video consultation and misdiagnosed us so the medication we got made us sicker. Turns out we had COVID, which wasn't even mentioned to us as a possibility nor was it suggested we should take a test in case. She also prescribed a massive 12.5ml dosage twice a day of penicillin for my baby who isn't even 5 months old.
