After having bad service from Rain they made a huge turnaround and fixed my issue. Staff were very friendly and apologized profusely.
Very disappointed with the service I have received from Rain. They tried to deduct payment but it bounced. Then a little bit later I received an sms offering an alternative option to pay. I then paid via snapscan and the funds were deducted from my account which was still on the 1st of the month. Last night ,without warning my internet access was cancelled. I immediately made contact and sent proof of payment. This morning my internet is still down and I have now spent the last 30 minutes trying to phone them to no avail. Having been a customer for over 4 years and paying without fail, this is extremely disappointing from Rain.
Excellent service received from Rain when upgrading from 4g to 5g. Was very easy to do & staff were super helpful. Rain has become an amazing service provider.
Very disappointed with FNB!! The customer service is a joke, the constant referring to different departments. Its like no one knows what is going on there anymore. Sitting on a call for over 30 minutes trying to resolve something is utterly ridiculous!

Very disappointed with the FNB Ebucks department. I was told that my issue was resolved, they logged it as resolved but to my surprise the issue has still not been resolved & they couldn't even call me to confirm. I originally logged the issue almost a month ago. Very disappointing to say the least.

Eventually on the last attempt I managed to get through a spoke to one of their consultants who gave me his personal email address to log the query. Did not hear back from him even after following up. Tried calling again on Monday, after the 5th time it was answered by another consultant who also gave me his personal email address to log the query. Still no reply from him either again after following up. #BlackFriday

Really great clothing site. I ordered shoes that were too small & the process of the return was so seamless & user friendly. Will definitely be shopping this way more often! #BlackFriday
