I was left disfigured and very ill from this man. He is a narcissist. What matters to him is his ego and his wallet. He took advantage of me when I was an insecure young woman and I have never fully recovered. I had multiple surgeries and 11 rounds of antibiotics post his lipo procedure. I had serious wounds. The trauma left me with a chronic and incurable autoimmune disease. He assured me that there were “no risks” to this procedure. Stay away. If I had been a little older and stronger, I would sued him for everything he was worth. I deeply regret that I didn’t.
A disgrace to the good name of Capitec Bank. Laborious and antiquated means of setting up an account, user experience on the website is appalling - honestly it's like a bad high school project - and generally, just a real frustration and disappointment. Only reason we set up this account was because so many of our customers bank with Capitec, but would highly recommend looking elsewhere. Amateur.
Absolutely appalling customer service. Transaction 1 went through fine. Next transaction, after they were in possession of my housekeeper's money, they just closed my account and sent me an automated message (which was apparently absolutely fine before) with no reason. HIGHLY unethical and zero response from anyone at customer service. Something is very dubious here. The only reasonable assumption is that they can take a ton of money, close accounts with no reason, earn interest on that money and then refund the base amount 21 days later. What a great revenue stream. In the meanwhile, my housekeeper's daughter's school fees and builders' fees are unpaid.
I wish I had read the reviews suggesting this might be a fraud. R4900 later and no delivery. I feel sick.
Whilst their responsiveness has been poor to date, it looks like Office Stock will deliver the furniture on time, which is a huge relief and much appreciated.
We have tried for over 2 weeks now to get a quote on school furniture for a project we are running in a township for vulnerable and orphaned kids. Johan has been unresponsive at best and rude at worst. He doesn't respond, breaks promises and won't answer his phone. I need 10 chairs and 6 tables. It can't possibly be this difficult to get a quote. We have had to find a different supplier, but the programme launches next Tues and we now have no furniture. Avoid!
Smeg makes beautiful appliances but their after sales service is shocking. Six weeks for a dishwasher? And it’s still not fixed? Not acceptable at all for a premium brand.
Shocking experience at Say It Creative. Ordered special toys for my sister-in-law from China, who is pregnant. Charlie at Say It Creative 'couldn't find my payment' so he/she didn't process the order. I had paid and re-sent my proof of payment. Paid R630. The order, after weeks of excuses, wasn't delivered. It is 2 months later and I cannot get a refund out of them. Very dodgy bunch.
